FAST Board of Directors

FAST will elect its first Board of Directors at its first Annual General Meeting  on April 17th, 2009. The Board of Directors will be the chief decision making body for FAST and will be responsible for the financial management and policy direction of the association. The Board of Directors will consist of twelve members; eight drawn from and elected by the Core Assembly ("Full Members") and four drawn from and elected by the General Assembly ("Full and Associate Members"). Among the four "Associate Members", at least two seats will be reserved for producer representatives.
