  • Executive Director

    at Finance Alliance for Sustainable Trade

    The ED reports to the Board of Directors and will be responsible for the development and implementation of the new three year business plan. The ED will be responsible for leading a process of expansion and consolidation of FAST’s services. The ED will also be responsible for growing the funding base of the organization to support FAST’s expansion process. In order to carry out the organization’s ambitious agenda, the ED will need to be results-driven and passionate about supporting sustainable SMEs around the world to develop and grow their business, particularly in sectors such as agriculture, forestry and other green sectors. Expanding the use of technology in the next decade will be key to FAST’s agenda and those of the organizations it supports. Therefore, it is important that the ED understands or is willing to learn the latest trends in terms of applied Fintech.

  • Finance Officer

    at International Coffee Organization

    The Finance Officer will be responsible to the Head of Finance and Administration on all matters concerning the financial administration and financial management of the International Coffee Organization. He/she will mainly

    - prepare monthly management accounts and annual accounts for approval.

    - prepare and compare budget against actual expenditure and perform adjustments

    - prepare payroll for all staff, prepare financial status reports.

    - monitor all balance sheet items and more

    He/She should have a University degree with relevant academic qualifications, at least five years of financial management experience in a comparable organization, excellent organizational and time management abilities as well as excellent English language skills, Spanish/French/Portuguese will be a bonus.   • DIGITAL MARKETING ASSISTANT

    at Finance Alliance for Sustainable Trade (FAST)

    Digital Marketing Assistant will report to the CEO and will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. He/she should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

  • AXIIS PROJECT ASSISTANT INTERN

    at Finance Alliance for Sustainable Trade (FAST) - AXiiS Project

    In this proposed internship, the Project Assistant Intern – East Africa will work with FAST Project Manager on the implementation of general activities and events related to capacity building and financial literacy training for SME agriculture groups in Tanzania. He/She will provide logistical support in event planning, including follow up communications with partners and stakeholder on specific tasks to be accomplished within tight deadlines. In addition, securing and coordinating the attendance of local Financial Advisors in events will be also be apriority.

  • COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR

    at Finance Alliance for Sustainable Trade (FAST)

    FAST is looking for a Communications Coordinator to provide support to the organization through communications, marketing, and promotional strategies.

    In working alongside the FAST team, the tasks of the Communications Coordinator include creating content such as press releases, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns, as well as building brand awareness and networks.

    The coordinator will report directly to the Secretariat’s Executive Director and will work in coordination with the Secretariat’s Staff and Consultants.

  • IT AND FINANCE RELATIONS ASSISTANT

  • FINANCIAL ANALYST

    at FAST

    FAST is looking for a Financial Analyst to support the organization on key programs such as the Tanzania Local Economic Development (T-LED) project and Finance Connect.

    During the first activity, the Financial Specialist is to lead the financial assessment of at least 80 SMEs based on data collected by the Local Financial Advisors and presented on a specific infosheet. The assessment should establish the level of credit readiness of target SMEs and allow the selection of 64 SMEs to be involved in an investment matchmaking process.
